Christmas came and went but the snow is still here….

Hoping everyone had a lovely Christmas! Here in Green Climber’s home town we, had a White Christmas! Only 4-5 inches in Chicago. Other places like Pennsylvania and Ohio surpassed 40″! WOW!

Well, we know our friends in Bellevue, Ohio will be excited to get their snow blower attachment. Remotely plowing snow doesn’t sound all too bad! Check out the video below of the Green Climber assisting in a winter blizzard clean up!

#GivingTuesday

Green Climber NA and staff do our part to give back. Our founder, Martin Halm has been a big advocate to charities like The Legacy Guild, Mutual Ground, The Greater Chicago Food Depository and many others. As the second in command, I contribute to charities like the Desplaines River River Rats, Friends of the Forest Preserve, PAWS, Doctors without Borders and a few others. Collectively we can be thankful and grateful that our Staff members are selfless in their efforts to donate or participate. Thank you for giving, Green Climber’ers!

Saving with Safety

We are excited to say, The City of Bellevue, Ohio owns a Green Climber LV600. They were easily the smartest and most safety conscious in how they found funds to purchased the machine.

Back in March, Green Climber of North America gave the maintenance workers of Bellevue a demonstration of the Green Climber machine. They fell in love with it’s capacity to keep workers safe while maintaining large dykes and retention areas; Areas previously prone to roll overs, sliding machinery or physically draining labor. With the help of a grant through the Bureau of Worker’s Comp., Bellevue was able to obtain funds to get the machinery they needed to keep their workers safe. Kudos to our friends at the City of Bellevue, Ohio. We heard rumors the Green Climber may be in the Christmas parade this year? Lets stay tuned….

If you would like to find out more about the Bureau of Workers’ Comp grant program, check out: https://www.bwc.ohio.gov/ OR search for safety grants in your neck of the woods!
